Isatong ( www.isatong.com ) started business in Nigeria 20 years ago as Technology Consulting and Information Systems distribution company, In the same year Isatong was appointed sole distributor of Motorola Computers and Mannessman Tally Printers in Nigeria and other West African Countries and we were responsible for introducing these products in Nigeria. In 1995, Isatong, Inc started in the United States to provide IT consulting services in the US and technology export to Africa.

Isatong is an international company which provides products and services in the field of Information Technology, and Petroleum Products and Derivatives Trading. Isatong is currently facilitating the Sales of Crude Oil Products from West Africa to the United States. We are also involved in the facilitating and securing financing for Oil and Gas Projects in Africa through our subsidiary Isatong Investment LLC.

The management team of Isatong consist of professionals in corporate America, Shell Oil Supply Chain, US State and local government accounting, heathcare services providers, power industry, Information Technology including Lucent Technology, Associated Computer Services and other fortune 500 companies.

Petron Energy

Isatong signed agreement with Conectiv Energy Supply, Inc (d/b/a Petron Oil or "Petron") on August 31, 2010 to purchase its oil distribution business located in Exton, Pennsylvania. Petron Energy, LLC ("Holdings") is a newly formed corporation established by the Buyer for the purpose of acquiring the Assets.

Petron is a wholesale marketer of a variety of petroleum products, including diesel fuel, heating oil, kerosene, and both unleaded and premium grades of gasoline. Petron sells product to approximately 250 customers located throughout the mid-Atlantic region of the United States and is an established market leader.

Though Petron Oil has been in business for over 30 years, it was acquired by Pepco Holdings, Inc as wholesale petroleum products division located in Exton, Pennsylvania and doing business in PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC and WV. Pepco Holding, Inc. Pepco Holdings, Inc., a fortune 500 company headquartered in Washington, D.C., delivers electricity and natural gas to about 1.9 million customers in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, and New Jersey, through its subsidiaries Pepco, Delmarva Power and Atlantic City Electric. Isatong won the bid and signed Asset Purchase Agreement with Conectiv Energy on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 for the acquisition of Petron Oil wholesale petroleum products division located in Exton, Pennsylvania d/b/a Petron Oil (Petron).
